Refurbishment & Blasting:

We have a blasting and spray painting facility on-site for both containers, trailers and construction equipment. We also have a separated spraying room,   a pre-dry and post-dry tunnel in line process. High qualified painting systems are applied with fully observing environmental issues and legal requirements. Our blasting and spraying work is certified for the off-shore and the army according to their quarantee systems. We are specialized in the blasting and refurbishment of tanks (inside and outside) for the food industry. For the blasting of aluminium and stainless steel we use a non-metal grit to protect the surface against corrosion. All paints we use are related to high quality- and environmental issues, like mechanical resistance, anti-graffity, anti-corrosion, self-finishing and anti-discolouring.

The rooms are equipped with special heaters and air currents in order to achieve the optimal conditions for preservation. Our paint is sprayed while warm using special pumping units. We make use of various systems, which we modify to fit the needs of the client. The thickness of the layers varies between 100mµ to a few hundred mµ, depending upon the client’s specifications. We also offer a number of guarantee systems (RE3 standard Hempel) varying from 3 to 5 years, depending on the system selected.

In addition, we are also specialised in the blasting and spraying of interior tank containers for the food industry. We use a non-metallic grit (fossil grit) to blast aluminium and stainless steel to prevent corrosion.

Steel blasting
Blasting is a surface treatment technique that is used to remove rust, filth and remaining paint from the surface. The steel grit is cast against the surface (container wall) under high pressure in a secured booth. This in preparation of the paintwork in order to ensure that the coating adheres optimally. There are various degrees of purity in steel blasting: streaming, clear blasting and SA 2.5 -3.
